KPop Demon Hunters McDonald’s Meals: HUNTR/X vs Saja Boys (Menu & Release Date)

Fans can now pick a side in the epic K-pop rivalry between HUNTR/X and the Saja Boys — right at the Golden Arches.

The collaboration between McDonald’s and Netflix. They brought the KPop Demon Hunters world to fast food. The food debuted on Tuesday.

 

The company launched two new items. They also had a dessert. The food gives fans a taste of HUNTR/X’s fight with the Saja Boys.

 

The film features K-pop girl group HUNTR/X. Rumi, Mira and Zoey make up the group. They fight demons as international pop stars.

 

The partnership features elements of Korean culture and cuisine.

 

“We gave fans a taste of the rivalry with McDonald’s,” said Marian Lee. She is Netflix’s chief marketing officer. “It feels like it’s from the film.”

What's on the menu?

The HUNTR/X Meal (named after the demon-slaying girl band):

  • 10-piece Chicken McNuggets

  • Ramyeon McShaker Fries (with savory soy, garlic, sesame and spices, in homage to the group’s noodle snack addiction)

  • Hunter Sauce (honey chili with chili, garlic, and pepper) or purple Demon Sauce (spicy mustard with mustard)

  • Medium drink

The Saja Boys Breakfast Meal (for the rival demonic boy band):

  • Sausage McMuffin with Egg topped with peppery Spicy Saja Sauce

  • Hash browns

  • Small soft drink

Derpy McFlurry (inspired by the film’s clumsy yet lovable tiger character Derpy):

  • Vanilla soft serve blended with berry-flavored popping pearls and wild berry sauce

Each meal also includes collectible photocards featuring members of HUNTR/X or the Saja Boys. A special Derpy the Tiger access card with a QR code unlocks exclusive content through the McDonald’s app. A “special reveal” tied to the “Battle for the Fans” is part of the promotion.
